PURPOSE:To prevent the following rotation of a housing by making either a front chamber or a rear chamber portion in a reserve chamber the nonintercommunicated state to a return passage, and lowering the liquid level in an operation chamber at the time of engine stop. CONSTITUTION:In the case that an engine is stopped under such a state that a valve plate 16 blocks a flow hole 12 and a housing 3 is stopped with a return passage 17 located at the lower position, operating fluid in a front chamber portion 20 reversely flows into an operation chamber 9. And, a little operating fluid in a rear chamber portion 21 flows into the operation chamber 9 from the hole 18 of a partition plate 7 to be reserved in large quantity thereof at the high liquid level L up to the lower end of the hole 18. Therefore, only a little operating fluid, which is at the same liquid level as a lower liquid level L of the front chamber portion is reserved in the operation chamber 9, thereby preventing the following rotation of the housing 3. |
