PURPOSE:To realize a compact size of an accumulator and to prevent the increase of the power loss of driving a pump, by furnishing a valve unit between a reservoir and a pump to cut off when the accumulation in the accumulator exceeds a specific amount. CONSTITUTION:Between a reservoir 8 and the suction port of a pump 19, is furnished integrally a cutoff valve unit 20 to cut off the linking of them when the accumulation in an accumulator 9 exceeds a specific amount. Therefore, by cutting off the linking of the pump 19 and the reservoir 8, the pump 19 loses the function to suck the operation liquid in the reservoir 8 and to increase the fluid pressure, resulting in a stop of the pressure rise of the accumulator 9. In such a way, not only the pressure of the operation liquid stored in the accumulator 9 is controlled, but also no load is inflicted to the pump 19. Therefore, the accumulator 9 can be made in a compact size, and the increase of the power loss to drive the pump 19 can be prevented.
