PURPOSE:To facilitate the production of a reading/rewriting control program by using an address and data given from outside not an instruction code of a program evaluating microcomputer to read out or change the internal state of the microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:An emulation indicating signal is inputted to an emulation indicating terminal 16 from the outside of a program evaluating microcomputer. This indicating signal outputs the values of an internal data line 20 and an internal address line 21 to a data input/output terminal 13 and an address input/ output terminal 14 respectively through an input/output terminal control part 12 and allows an internal processing line 10 to execute and instruction code. The address on the line 21 is decoded by a decoder 11-4 of an internal information part 11. Based on this decoding result, a multiplexer 11-3 selects successively a register, a RAM, a flag, a counter and a timer respectively. The circuit 10 reads out or rewrites the data on those register, RAM, flag, counter and timer via the line 20. |
