<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for conversion of addresses and to realize high-speed memory access by providing an internal memory, an address register and a memory managing part and connecting them to each other so that they can operate together with a processing part. CONSTITUTION:The head addresses and their lengths of using areas 9 and 11 of an internal memory 2 are managed by address registers 7 and 8 respectively. Therefore, the virtual address of a virtual space accesses with no conversion into a real address via a memory control part 3. Thus access is possible to the virtual address at a high speed. For instance, a part where a high-speed operation is required is stored in the memory 2 for satisfaction of this request in a certain task. In particular, a context switching action is possible at a high speed in a multi-task environment by performing the input/output actions of system areas of each task via the memory 2.</p> |
