PURPOSE:To improve the following property of the actual value to the object value, by correcting the operational amount when the deflection amount between the object value and the actual value exceeds a preset value after a specific time passes in a stationary condition. CONSTITUTION:A regularity judging device 600 judges a stationary condition, a throttle opening deciding device 61 decides whether the throttle opening is larger than a set value or not, and a detector 63 detects the object ratio speed change at a stationary condition in a shift change. Those signals are input to a correction deciding device 64, and a correction signal is output at the transferring from a transient condition to a stationary condition, and at the time of the object ratio speed change at the stationary condition. Moreover, signals of the throttle opening deciding device 61 and the detector 63 are input to an ending time setting device 65 to set the specific time. On the other hand, the object speed change ratio and the actual speed change ratio are input to a deflection amount detector 66. Then those signals are input to a correction amount arithmetic device 67 to compute the correction amount which is input to a duty ratio detector 68 to decide the duty ratio.
