PURPOSE:To simplify and lighten a valve body driving device by engaging pistons assembled in series into a cylinder for providing working fluid supply and exhaust ports for respective pistons on the cylinder wall. CONSTITUTION:Pistons 7, 8, 9 are engaged into a cylinder 17 assembled in series for providing working fluid supply and exhaust ports 13, 14, 15, 16 for respective pistons 7, 8, 9 on the cylinder wall. According to this, a piston 4 can be stopped on a set position by supplying working fluid selectively from respective working fluid supply and exhaust ports 13, 14, 15, 16. Therefore, a servo control mechanism becomes needless, so a valve body driving device can be simplified and lightened.
