PURPOSE:To enable a wide rotational range to be obtained, in the structural part in which an internal gear is turned in the opposite direction to a sun gear, by providing the second input shaft being parallel to an input shaft, the first gear provided thereon, and the second gear which is integrally provided with the internal gear and further is engaged with the first gear. CONSTITUTION:A sun gear 2 and the first control motor 13 are directly connected via an input shaft 1. On the other hand, an internal gear 3 and the second control motor 15 are connected via the circumscribed engaging rotation of the first gear 9 and the second gear 10, and the internal gear 3 is turned by a motor 15 in the opposite direction to the motor 15. Accordingly, when the motors 13 and 15 are turned in the same direction, the internal gear 3 and the sun gear 2 are turned in the opposite direction each other, and since the revolution of planetary gears 4 is caused by the differential motion of the sun gear 2 and the internal gear 3, any degree of differential motion can be obtained depending on the number of revolutions of both motors 13, 15. Thus, a continuously variable speed change can be obtained in the rotational region from the output rotation zero to the speed reduction zero.
