PURPOSE:To release the rear wheel locking immediately by releasing the brake pedal when the rear wheels are being locked, by furnishing a fluid pressure piston mechanism to remove hysteresis to increase the rear fluid pressure on the way of depressurizing control beyond the split point, in addition to a fluid pressure control mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When the master fluid pressure Pm is made reduced on the way of increasing the rear fluid pressure by the returning movement of a piston 10 with step, the piston 10 with step draws in the liquid in the rear wheel cylinders by returning to the full stroke contact position as the master fluid pressure Pm decreases, even though the fluid pressure control mechanism is at a balanced condition closing the main flow route. As a result, the rear fluid pressure Pr is decreased to approach the split point, and even though the rear wheel locking is generated by the operation of the piston 10 with step, the rear wheel locking can be released immediately.
