PURPOSE:To operate the titled device sufficiently even under a low power voltage by connecting a buffer circuit whose DC level is constant and whose gain is nearly '1' to a low pass filter circuit. CONSTITUTION:A source follower circuit 10 receiving an output signal from a floating gate of a CCD and Barton circuits (Barton type stabilization circuit) 20, 60 being buffer circuits whose output DC level is constant and whose gain is nearly the unity are connected to the input and output sides. An active low pass filter circuit 50 is arranged to the output side of the circuit 20 and the circuit 60 is connected to the output side. The circuit 20 consists of an opera tional amplifier 20A and a source follower circuit 20B and the output of the circuit 20B is fed back negatively to the operational amplifier 20A, the entire circuit 20 acts like a voltage follower and a high input impedance and a low output impedance are given. The circuit 60 acts similarly and its DC level is made constant. Thus, the upper/lower fluctuation of each circuit section is suppressed and the titled device is operated sufficiently under a low voltage.
