PURPOSE:To obtain a copy image with is excellent in its solid uniformity and halftone reproducibility, by constituting the titled device so that each squeeze roller can be moved to an operating position where a gap to a latent image carrying body is different at every squeeze roller, and can be used selectively. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of squeeze rollers 15A, 15B are provided along the peripheral surface of a photosensitive body, and installed axially to each free end of an oscillating lever 31 attached pivotally to a supporting shaft 30, so as to be freely rotatable, respectively. To a free end of the roller 15A side, of the oscillating lever 31, a solenoid 33 is connected through a spring 32, and also, a spring 35 is hooked between the free end of the roller 15B side and a pin 34 held in an immovable state. In this state, by an excitation of the solenoid and its release, the oscillating lever 31 oscillates around the supporting shaft 30. When it oscillates, bearings of both ends of the squeeze roller come into contact with the photosensitive body 1 or separated, and a gap between the squeeze roller and the photosensitive body 1 is varied. Accordingly, by changing the gap, an optimum value of the solvent adhesion quantity can be varied. |
