PURPOSE:To make surface hardness different according to portion and consequently facilitate the production by a method wherein a foamed layer consists of a foamed sheet, which is bonded to the portion of a core material excluding foamed sheet and, in addition, the degree of elasticity of the foamed sheet is made different from that of the foam. CONSTITUTION:An automobile door trim 10 consists of a skin layer 11, which is produced by slush molding and has favorable surface appearance, a core material 12, which is formed separately by pressing into a desired shape and equipped with proper rigidity, and a foamed layer 13, which is interposedly arranged between the skin layer 11 and the core material 12. Further, in the foamed layer 13, a semirigid foam 14 is employed at an armrest part, to which the load of a passenger is apt to the applied, and a comparatively soft foamed sheet 15, the hardness of which is made different from that of the foam 14, is employed at the remaining part in general. Accordingly, the surface appearance and feeling of the skin layer can be fully utilized. Besides, a product has excellent cushioning property since the hardness of the foamed layer 13 is made different at the armrest part from at the remaining part in general. |
