PURPOSE:To improve the collecting efficiency of cooking soot and to reduce a pressure drop of providing a metal sheet having many small holes with cut bending at a specified interval and using openings, which are formed by the cut bending and holes, as ventilation path. CONSTITUTION:On a filter 1, the opening 4 is formed by providing with many small holes and further providing with cut bending 3. When an air contg. soot generated due to cooking is allowed to pass through the opening, large particle of oil is surely caught with the filter 1 by allowing the air stream to bend. As the ventilation path is composed of both cut bending 3 and small hole 2, the pressure drop is reduced and the noise of the ventilation fan is also reduced. |
