PURPOSE:To secure a Hall element substrate horizontally with respect to a motor frame, by a method wherein the Hall element substrate is deflected downwardly by a core holder to fix the substrate to a motor frame utilizing a reaction, generated by the deflection. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 10 is attached to the upper part of a rotary shaft 4, supported rotatably by a motor frame 2, through a supporting part 12. Rotor magnets 14 are attached to the inside of the yoke 10 while a receiving part 16 for receiving the Hall element substrate 18 is formed on the inside surface of the bottom 5 of the motor frame 2 near the magnets 14. The inner periphery of the substrate 18 is pushed up together with a core holder 22, to which a laminated core 20 is attached, under a condition that the outer periphery of the substrate 18 is supported by the receiving part 16 whereby the substrate 18 is deflected downwardly. The core holder 22 is engaged with and fixed to retaining grooves 28, 30, provided on the inside of the inside wall 3 of the motor frame 2, by the reaction, generated by the deflection. According to this method, the substrate 18 may be arranged horizontally on the motor frame 2 at the same time. |
