PURPOSE:To remove a deposit in a short time without damaging the objective part by connecting a YAG laser light oscillator, a catheter for optical fiber, and a hot air blower to be connected to the catheter to a laser gun. CONSTITUTION:The YAG laser light oscillated by the YAG laser oscillator 1 is transmitted through the optical fiber 3 via an optical fiber converter 2, and projected on the optical part coated with a deposit and fixed on a holder 6 from the laser gun 4 provided with the hot air blower along with the hot air heated by an electric power source 5 (AC 100V). Consequently, the deposit can be removed by controlling the output of the YAG laser in accordance with the quantity of the deposit. Namely, the time necessary for the removal of the deposit can be reduced without damaging the part. |
