PURPOSE:To reduce processing time by integrating a program in a subschemer in the case of processing a data base access in accordance with an item specified by the subschemer, and then executing the program as a subroutine. CONSTITUTION:A subschemer forming part 21 forms a subschemer 22 based on the data structure specifications or the like of a data base, sets up a relative address or the like in a required data area to be accessed in an operand in stead of a control table such as a transfer table and a key field table, forms a data operating subprogram 23 constituted of an instruction corresponding to a data type and integrates the program 23 in the subschemer 22. At the time of executing an application program, a data operation processing part 24 in a data base control system 20 is accessed in order to execute data transfer or key comparation. After reading data, the processing part 24 branches the data to a subprogram 23 in the subschemer 22 to execute the subroutine and processes the data operation by executing the subprogram 23.
