<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the working efficiency for mounting by a method wherein fittings bite in a composite plate consisting of a plate-like molded item by being urged to the composite plate simultaneously with the pressure molding of the composite plate. CONSTITUTION:A mold (b) is kept at a constant temperature by the cooling water sent in the cooling water pipes 11 and 12 of the top force 9 and the bottom force 10 of the mold (b). After that, fittings 3 are stationed by being fitted to the respective recesses 16 of the bottom force 10. Next, after a composite plate 1 and a skin 2, both of which are softened by heating, are seated onto the bottom force 10 by putting the skin 2 upon the composite plate 1, the top force 9 is lowered for pressure molding with the mold (b), resulting in bonding the composite plate 1 and the skin 2 to each other and simultaneously urgingly fixing the fittings 3 to the composite plate 1 by biting the claws 8 of the fittings 3 in the composite plate. At the same time, a molded item (a) is formed.</p> |
