PURPOSE:To simply confirm the impregnating condition of impregnating agent by putting a material in the specific vacuum vessel, impregnating after coating the impregnating agent colored by dye on the surface of material in the vacuum vessel and observing by a microscope after impregnation. CONSTITUTION:The material 1 is put to a receiving table 4 above a driving motor 5 in the vacuum vessel 3 and the inner part of vacuum vessel is made to 10<-4>-10<-6>Torr range of vacuum degree by a vacuum pump. Net, the impregnating agent 2 colored by the dye is coated on the surface of material 1 by opening an on-off valve 7 through passage 6, to impregnate to the pin-hole on the surface of material 1. After impregnation, the impregnating material on the surface of material 1 is removed, and the impregnating agent 2 impregnating in the material 1 is heat-cured. Then, the surface of material 1 is observed under magnifying by the microscope, etc. In this way, the impregnation of impregnating agent is simply confirmed. |
