PURPOSE:To prevent elements from being overheated or destroyed, by determining the oscillation frequency of an inverter circuit with the inductance of the inverter circuit and the capacitance of a ceramic oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A power source for an ultrasonic wave motor is composed of an inverter circuit 2 in self-exciting system for sine wave output connected to a driving DC power source 1, and an inverter circuit 14 in separate excitation system for cosine wave output connected to the power source 1. Besides, to the secondary winding of the transformer of the inverter circuit 2 in self-exciting system, a first ceramic oscillator 12 is connected, and to the secondary winding of the transformer of the inverter circuit 14 in separate excitation system, a second ceramic oscillator 23 is connected. To both the oscillators 12, 23, a correction circuit is connected. The oscillating degree of the oscillators 12, 23 is set as voltage which is compared with reference voltage, and the oscillators are driven. |
