PURPOSE:To reinforce a mold and make the thickness of the old thinner by the amount reinforced by a structure wherein a fibrous layer, which is produced by impregnating metal fibers with synthetic resin, is interposed between the mold, which is made in a thin-walled form, and a reinforcing mold. CONSTITUTION:Fibrous layers 8 and 10, each of which is produced by impregnating stainless steel fibers 9 with epoxy resin, are formed between a top and a bottom forces 3 and 4 and reinforcing molds 5 and 6. As a result, the forces 3 and 4 are reinforced with the metal fibers 9, which are bonded to one another by the epoxy resin and can have an strength same as that which the conventional forces have even when the thickness of the forces 3 and 4 is thinner than ever. In addition, since the epoxy resin closely fills the clearance S (not shown in fig.) between the top and the bottom forces 3 and 4 and the reinforcing molds 5 and 6, no high precision of the forces 3 and 4 to the reinforcing molds 5 and 6 is requested and consequently no realization of high precision in the thickness of the forces 3 and 4 by machining or the like is necessary even when the thickness of the forces 3 and 4 varies from portion to portion. |
