CONSTITUTION:The master computer 31 independently forms the down-load control information of each slave computer 30 and holds the information as down-load control information 34 and the slave computer 30 drives a control information receiving part 32 at any necessary time such as initializing time, receives its own down-load control information from the master computer 31 and holds the information as its down-load control information 7. Consequently, labor for forming an individual down-load control information at the time of setting the slave computer can be omitted, the rise time can be shortened and the down-load control information of respective slave computers can be concentrated and sufficiently controlled.
