PURPOSE:To decrease the manhour of safety valve forming job and to increase the reliability of a battery by sealing vent holes installed in the same direction on the surface of synthetic resin frames forming a part of containers with a piece of sheet like rubber valve. CONSTITUTION:A plate group is sealed with a synthetic resin frame having heat bonding capability and metallic side plates whose surfaces are covered with hot melt resin layers and bonded to both sides of the frame, and a vent 9 is opened on the surface of the frame to form a cell 13. Plural cells 13 are stacked on the frame side, and the vents 9 are sealed with a piece of sheet-like rubber valve 14. The rubber valve 14 is fixed with a supporting plate 16 through a cushion 15. The manhour of safety valve forming job is decreased and reliable safety valve can be formed. |
