PURPOSE:To improve the cubic effect, and also, to form a decorative surface having no distortion by performing an emboss working by plural sets of emboss working machines in case of performing an emboss working of an uneven shape to a metallic thin plate. CONSTITUTION:A flat metallic thin plate A supplied from a metallic thin plate supply part 1 is heated by a pre-heating part 2 as necessary, and thereafter, an emboss working is executed. An emboss working part 3 consists of plural emboss working machines, for instance, a primary and a secondary emboss working machines 4, 5, and by executing the emboss working plural times, a decorative surface is formed by utilizing the elasticity of the metallic thin plate A itself. In this case, as for an emboss pattern performed by the primary and the secondary emboss working machines 4, 5, either a different pattern or the same pattern will suffice. In such a way, the cubic effect and the design property are improved remarkably, and also, a distortion which follows up the emboss working of the metallic thin plate is eliminated, and the generation of an oil canning can be obstructed. |
