PURPOSE:To set a molten metal pouring nozzle to molten metal flow-out hole of a molten metal vessel by mechanical operation without any human hands, by arranging a second cylinder for pushing the nozzle toward the molten metal flow-out hole of the molten metal vessel by hooking to an arm with some play. CONSTITUTION:An air sealed pipe 8 is hooked up to the one end of arm 15 and positioned just below the molten metal flow-out hole 1 of a ladle 9, and piston rods for a cylinder 16 and the cylinder 18 with lock are descended to push the air sealed pipe 8 to the flow-out hole 10. Under this condition, at the time of locking the piston rod 20 for air cylinder 18, the pipe 8 is not come apart from the flow-out hole 10. The piston rod 20 for air cylinder 18 is a little movable to the arm 15 relatively by relation between a pin 22 and a slender hole 21. Therefore, even in case the ladle is moved a little by some cause, the pipe 8 and the flow-out hole 10 are prevented from detaching to these and sealing between both is held. |
