<p>PURPOSE:To correct each resistance value to the average resistance value before applying a pulse, by utilizing such a phenomenon that the resistance value increases and decreases by the magnitude of the time width of the pulse applied to a resistor element. CONSTITUTION:The resistance values of resistor elements 9 are measured to calculate an average resistance value before a pulse is applied. A pulse train having a pulse time width T(small) is applied to the resistor element 9 having a resistance value higher than the average resistance value for a certain determined time. Thereafter, the resistance values of the resistor elements 9 are again measured, and the above mentioned pulse is applied to the resistor element 9 not yet reaching the average resistance value to lower all of the resistance values each higher than the average resistance value to the average resistance value. Next, a pulse having a pulse time width T'(large) is applied to the resistor elements 9 each having a resistance value lower than the average resistance value to measure the resistance values thereof and all of said resistance values are raised to the average resistance value. By this method, all of the resistance values of the resistor elements 9 can be corrected to the average resistance value before the pulse is applied.</p> |
