PURPOSE:To improve the using efficiency of a circuit by executing the batch processing of plural transaction data. CONSTITUTION:A CRT/keyboard 2 executes the formation of transaction data and I/O operation as a terminal equipment and a data forming part 3 continuously forms transaction data to a floppy disk file 7 by using the CRT/keyboard 2. An instantaneous processing part 4 executes the instantaneous processing of transaction data by using the CRT/keyboard 2 and a row signal transmitting/ receiving part 5 sends plural transaction data on the floppy disk 7 to a center computer 8 collectively in each file, receives the processed result from the computer 8 and outputs the received result to a line printer 6 or the floppy disk 7. The center computer 8 receives said transaction data, executes work processing and sends the processed result.
