The device according to the invention comprises a mobile rig 4 able to move, with respect to a fixed structure 1, along a first path, between a rest position in which it abuts against a first end-of-path stop 9 of the fixed structure, and an arming position, a restoring spring 6 arranged between the mobile rig 4 and the structure 1, a striker 10 guided by the mobile rig and mobile between an armed position -C- and a triggered position, a spring 14 arranged between the mobile rig 4 and the striker 10, and controllable interlock means 18 to 23 able to lock the striker 10 and the mobile rig 4 together, when the striker 10 is in the triggered position and the mobile rig 4 is in the arming position.
