<p>PURPOSE:To omit a contact type mechanical switch and to improve the maneuverability of device by using a transparent touch panel. CONSTITUTION:A movable shielding plate for controlling the shield and passage of light beams independently in respective grating points by external pressure is fitted to a part of the beam grating points on the transparent touch panel or over all the grating points. Consequently, the grating points on the screen and the positions of key switches can be arranged on quite the same line and the expansion of life can be attained by contactless operation of the key switches. In addition, a scanning circuit and a sensing circuit for a contact type key switch can be omitted and the key switch can be constituted of only photoelectric elements, so that the circuit can be extremely simplified.</p> |
