PURPOSE:To smoothly grasp a blank with a finger so that it can be transferred to the next process, by moving vertically and horizontally the end part of a hoop material immediately before holding the end part of the blank with a finger so that the position is different from the end part of the blank. CONSTITUTION:A sheared hoop material 7 and a blank 8 are brought into contact with each other by the respective end faces 10, and in such a state, a finger 2 cannot grasp smoothly the blank 8. Therefore, the finger 2 fixed to a feed bar 1, and a preceding holding bar 5 are moved together in the direction as indicated with an arrow C, and by depressing a holding plate 3 by the preceding holding bar 5, the finger 2 and the hoop material 7 are not brought into contact but can be clamped smoothly. In this clamp state, the feed bar 1 ascends in the direction E, and thereafter, advances in the direction A, descends in the direction F and the blank 8 is moved to the next process. As for the preceding holding bar 5, when the feed bar 1 ascends in the direction E, the holding plate 3 is pushed up by a spring 4, therefore, the hoop material 7 returns to its original state. |
