发明名称 VIBRATION PROOF MECHANISM OF CARRIER LATERAL FEED DERIVE MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering in printing sharpness by reducing the vibration of a lateral feed drive motor, by respectively mounting springs made of a shape memory alloy between the lateral feed drive motor and the left and right frames of said motor. CONSTITUTION:Springs 15, 17 made of a shape memory alloy are mounted not only between the lateral feed drive motor 8 mounted to a base frame 14 by a motor bracket 13 and one of the side frames 4 nearer to the motor 8 fixing a platen 7 and guide rails 5, 6 but also between the frame 16 mounted to the right end of the base frame 14 and the motor 8. When a carrier 1 moves in an A-direction, a current is allowed to flow to both ends of the spring 15 to stretch the spring 15 and the vibration of the lateral feed drive motor 8 is reduced. Contrarily, when the carrier 1 moves in a B-direction, the spring 17 is stretched to reduce the vibration of the lateral feed drive motor. By this method, even when the number of rotations of the motor 8 is increased, printing sharpness is not lowered.
