PURPOSE:To easily and correctly form a fold in a polyvinyl chloride sheet by a method wherein resin, in which no heat due to resistance is produced by high frequency current, is laminated to one side of the polyvinyl chloride sheet. CONSTITUTION:A composite material 3 is formed by laminating resin 2, in which no heat due to resistance is produced by high frequency current and which has the predetermined thickness, to one side of a polyvinyl chloride sheet with the predetermined thickness. Firstly, the composite material 3 is seated on a worktable or on the stand of a process machine. Next, a high frequency grooving old 5, which is arranged above the processing position of a folding groove 4, is lowered while being applied by high frequency current so as to press the composite material 3 under the predetermined pressure. Thus, the polyvinyl chloride sheet 1 is fused by high frequency current so as to form a folding groove 4 with the mold 5. In this case, since the laminated resin 2 does not fuse, the groove with the predetermined depth is surely formed on the vinyl sheet. |
