PURPOSE:To safely discharge dust while preventing the hanging of dust by discharging dust from a dust bin in such a state that the inside of the dust bin is reduced to the pressure somewhat higher than the atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION:A control means 15 for discharging a dust bin is closed and a pressure equalizing valve 9 is opened and thereby a pressure equalizing state is obtained and thereafter dust 7 is discharged to a dust bin 6 from dust removal chambers 1 by opening the control means 4 for discharging the dust removal chambers. Then after closing the control means 4, the pressure equalizing valve 9 is closed and thereby the discharge of dust 7 to the dust bin 6 from the dust removal chambers 1 is stopped. Thereafter in case of reducing the pressure inside the dust bin 6 by opening and closing a pressure discharge valve 11 of the dust bin, the evacuation is stopped in such a state that it is reduced to the pressure somewhat higher than the atmospheric pressure and dust 7 is discharged from the dust bin 6 in this state little higher than the atmospheric pressure and dust 7 is discharged from the dust bin 6 in this state. As a result, the discharge of dust 7 can be safely performed while preventing the hanging of dust.
