PURPOSE:To suppress a loss and improve efficiency, by supporting the surface of a stator in non-contact with a mover, with the elastic bearing units of fixed width having a long shaft in the direction orthogonal to the progressive direction of a progressive wave. CONSTITUTION:On the periphery of a disc-formed substrate 10, a pair of fitting lugs 10a, 10b are arranged confronted with each other, and on a central section, a shaft 10c is erected. On the substrate 10, the bearing members of a plurality of elastic bearing units 13a-13c arranged radially at given intervals on a ring- formed bearing plate 13 are mounted, and on the bearing members, a stator S is mounted. The stator S is composed of a piezoelectric element 11 bonded to an oscillating plate 12. On the stator S, a rotor R is mounted. Then, because the elastic bearing units 13a-13c are arranged at given intervals, an oscillating waveform is shaped every time the apex section and bottom section of oscillation pass bearing points. As this result, spurious oscillation is suppressed, and efficiency is improved. |
