<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of the purity of product gas by disposing each of (n) where, n>=3 adsorption towers at the positions of vertexes of a regular n-angle shape respectively, and constituting each connection piping between towers with pipes of same lengths. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical adsorption towers 3a-3c are disposed at the positions of vertexes of a regular triangle, and connecting piping 10a-10c connect the lower part of each adsorption tower with the upper part of an other adsorption tower, respectively, and each connection piping is constituted with pipes of same lengths. When pressure swing adsorption is carried out by the above-mentioned apparatus, the remaining gas in the connection piping in the desorption process of each adsorption tower is always mixed with the recovered product gas at the same rate, which prevents the fluctuation of the purity of the product gas obtained in each adsorption process.</p> |
