<p>PURPOSE:To contemplate improvements in the scumming resistance and printability of a dry lithogrqaphic ink, by blending a nonionic surface ant having an HLB value with in a specified range with an ink. CONSTITUTION:0.1-5wt.% one or more nonionic surfactants having an HLB of 11-5 are blended with an ink. Preferred examples of the nonionic surfactants are polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers, polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ethers, polyoxyethylene alkyl esters, polyoxyethylene sorbitan ether, etc.</p> |
