PURPOSE:To improve user's working efficiency by comparing an optionally preset item count value with the number of items, and when the number of items exceeds the item count value, generating an alarm through a display device. CONSTITUTION:The item count value is preset in a 1st register 1cc arranged in a prescribed area of a storage device 2a by combining plural keys, the preset item count value is read out, the number of items obtained by counting the number of processing cases outputted from a 2nd register 1c formed in a prescribed area of the storage device 2a is read out, the contents of the 1st register 1cc are compared with that of the 2nd register 1c, and when the number of items exceeds the item count value, an alarm is generated. Since an alarm is informed to the user when the number of items reaches the prescribed number of processing cases, the working efficiency can be improved.
