PURPOSE:To suppress the consumption amount of a solvent to the min. and to apply the solvent to a wiping-off material in a linearly uniform state within a short time, by constituting a solvent coating nozzle of an outside pipe wherein a material having liquid absorbability is embedded in a slit and an inside pipe having a plurality of small holes provided to the places not contacting with the substance having liquid absorbability thereof. CONSTITUTION:A solvent coating double nozzle 19 is constituted of an inside pipe 26 having a large number of small holes 27 provided to the bottom part thereof and an outside pipe 23 having felt 29 having liquid absorbability embedded in the slit provided to the upper part thereof. By this structure, a solvent is injected from a large number of the small holes 27 of the inside pipe 26 to be stored in the outside pipe 23, and subsequently almost equally penetrates into the felt 29 having liquid absorbability from the lower part to the upper part thereof over the entire length L thereof. Therefore, the solvent necessary for cleaning can be applied to a wiping-off material in a linearly uniform state within a short time in the width of the felt 29 having liquid absorbability embedded in the slit and the unnecessary solvent is not consumed and, therefore, this cleaning mechanism is economical, safe and sanitary.
