PURPOSE:To miniaturize the circuit and to reduce the cost by using mainly an operational amplifier and resistors so as to constitute a 2/4-wire conversion circuit. CONSTITUTION:A inverting input terminal of an operational amplifier OA is connected to a connecting point between impedances Z1, and Z2, the noninverting input terminal of is connected to a connecting point between impedances Z3 and Z4, and the output terminal is connected to a connecting point between the other terminal of an impedance Z2 and the 4-wire side output 4WS. Moreover, the 4-wire input 4WR is connected between a connecting point between the other end of the impedance Z1 and the other end of the impedance 24 and a connecting point between the other end of the impedance Z3 and the other end of the 4-wire output 4WS. Then the impedance 23 is used as the 2-wire side input/output and the relation of Z1.Z3=Z2.Z4 is established.
