PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the titled holder by constituting the holder so that a rotary lever is made come abutting on the front end of a carrier body by moving the carrier body itself to turn the turning lever, and making a pressing pin contact the arm part of a disk holder to turn the disk holder in such a direction as coming off an energizing means against its force. CONSTITUTION:When an external chassis 16 is made to move by the rotation of a drive gear 43, an internal chassis 17 is made descend by the actions of a vertical groove 10 provided along the side of a stopper 9 and an external chassis 16, accordingly, a disk D is placed on a turn table 2a, and at the same time, a clamping lever 12 that has been regulated by the top surface of the internal chassis 17 is turned to make a clamping member 13 descend. As the external chassis 16 further moves, its front side part presses the end part of a turning lever 8 and turns the lever 8 counterclockwise. As a result, the pressing pin 7 of the lever 8 presses the arm parts 34, 35 of disk holders 18, 19 against energizing, so that the disk holders 18, 19 turn to release the holding of the disk D.
