PURPOSE:To generate dry high-temperature air or humid high-temperature air arbitrarily by mixing, at an optimum ratio, dry high-temperature air that is generated by supplying air through a heat conducting pipe routed in a hot water tank with high-humidity, and a humid high-temperature air that is generated by blowing part of supply air directly into the hot water tank. CONSTITUTION:Air heating pipe 5 is submerged in a hot water tank 1, and air blown by a fan F is led through the air heating pipe 5 via an air duct 4. The air duct 4 has branch 6 through which part of the air is guided to be blown close to the hot water surface to generate air bubbles via a branch valve 7 and an air bubble generating tube 8. Since the temperature of hot water is high, the air bubbles move upward as nearly saturated high-humidity air which is trapped by a high-humidity air riser 9. The humid air is mixed with the dry air coming out of said air heating pipe 5 to add steam to the dry air that is delivered from a hot air release pipe 10 to raise its humidity as well temperature.
