PURPOSE:To prevent toner from leaking out of a cleaning device by reducing the area of the end part of a scooping sheet which abuts on a seal member. CONSTITUTION:The end part of the scooping sheet 4 which is clamped by the seal member 5 is cut in a slanting direction 4b to reduce the area. A tensile force applied to the end part of the scooping sheet 4 and the clamped part through the seal member becomes small, and the cut part does not abut on a photosensitive body 1, so the tendency of the deformation of the scooping sheet end part is hardly transmitted to its center operation part to suppress the generation of wrinkles properly, thereby preventing the toner from leaking out. Consequently, excellent toner collecting operation is obtained and an image of excellent quality is obtained without contaminating a transfer material nor respective parts in an image forming device.
