PURPOSE:To obtain enough space heating effect by covering the top surface of concrete laid on the ground with a water-proof sheet, on the tip of which heat-insulating material is laid without a gap, and placing slit pipes among pebbles on the top surface of a concrete layer having hollow pipes therein. CONSTITUTION:The top surface of concrete 23 laid on the ground is covered with a water-proof sheet 24, on top of which heat-insulating material 25 is laid without a gap, and hollow pipes 26 are disposed and fixed in place on the top surface of the heat-insulating material 25. Warm air generated by waste heat of living or solar heat exists in the garret 15, and cool air under the floor 9. When an intermediate fan 17 is operated to selectively draw the hot air in the upper part of the garret 15 from a slit 19 in slit pipes 20, the hot air is forced through a check valve 16 to descend through a duct 14 and is uniformly blown to the entire space 9 under the floor out of a slit 12 of slit pipes 12 through a duct 7. The space heating is performed in this manner. The heating effect is enhanced by heating water inside hollow pipes 26 buried in a concrete bed 27 in which heat is stored during the daytime, and retrieving the heat at night by operating an intermediate fan 8.
