摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the conformability of a sintered alloy bearing by giving heat treatment in a specific temperature range to Cu alloy-made sintered bearing. CONSTITUTION:As ingredient powder, Cu-Sn alloy powder, Pb-Sn alloy powder, Cu-Sn-Pb alloy powder, Cu powder, Sn powder, Pb powder, graphite powder, MoS2 powder, Cu-P alloy powder, Cu-B powder and Zn powder which all have grain size of about 100 meshes are mixed together in respective defined ratios, and the mixture is press-formed and then heated and sintered in about 600-800 deg.C temperature range. Thereafter, this sintered alloy is subjected to Sn-Pb alloy layer forming heat treatment in 180-350 deg.C temperature range then to oil impregnation treatment, and thereby Sn and Pb solve out on a bearing surface.
