PURPOSE:To appropriately maintain the viscosity of lubrication oil by introducing cooling water into a bypass hose from a radiator hose when the temperature of lubrication oil in the final reduction gear exceeds a predetermined value, so as to allow the cooling water to circulate in the lubrication oil in the final reduction gear. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of lubrication oil in a final reduction gear 3 exceeds a predetermined valued, a temperature sensor 27 detects such a condition so that a change-over valve 24 opens the cooling water 21 side, and therefore, a circulating pump 25 circulates cooling water from a radiator 2 through a bypass hose 26 and a return hose 7 so as to cool the lubrication oil. Meanwhile when the temperature of the lubrication oil lowers below a predetermined value the change-over valve 24 opens the hot water hose 23 side so that the circulation pump 25 circulates hot water from a radiator return hose 22 through the bypass hose 22 and the return hose 7 so as to heat the lubrication oil. Thus, the viscosity of the lubrication oil may be maintained appropriately, thereby it is possible to prevent the seizure of the slide part and gear noise.
