SYSTEM FOR DECIDING STARTING PROCEDURE OF PROCESS JOB

PURPOSE:To decide a process starting procedure in real time even with the information that changes momentarily by deciding a grade value from the variable value showing the state and features of each job and calculating the priority degree evaluation function value at every job from the multi-dimensional evaluation matrix of said grade value. CONSTITUTION:The interim state of each process of a manufacturing shop 10 is fetched in real time from an information collector 6 and used as the interim state information DB2. The characteristic variable value of each interim state is sorted into about 3-5 pieces of grade based on the reference information DB1 used for control of decision of a process starting procedure and said information DB2. Then the priority degree evaluation function numeric value is calculated at every job preceding an object process 8 based on a multi- dimensional evaluation value matrix where said sorted grade values are defined as variables. An output device 5 outputs the job executing order based on said evaluation function value. Thus the process starting procedure can be instructed in real time for plural jobs.
