PURPOSE:To simultaneously and rapidly measure inner and outer diameter dimensions, a wall thickness or an out of roundness by a simple operation, by arranging the first and second arms in an almost parallel state and respective mounting contact elements to one end parts of said arms. CONSTITUTION:The first and second arms 101, 104 are mutually arranged in an almost parallel state and contact elements 101a, 104a are mounted to one end parts near to a support shaft 100 and a pin 103 of said arms. At first, a part becoming a model is mounted so as to straddle rollers 107, 108 and the contact elements 104a, 101a are inserted in the part to be brought into contact with the inner peripherals surface thereof and the scales of dial gauges 105, 106 are matched with zero. Subsequently, the part is replaced with a bush to be measured and the contact elements 101a, 104a are set in the same manner to rotate the bush. By this method, the measuring elements 105a, 106a of the gauges 105, 106 are displaced and the inner diameter dimension of the bush is cleared from the designated scale of the gauge 105 and, when the scale varies, the max. and min. inner diameter dimensions are measured from the max. and min. scales. The out of roundness of the inner diameter of the bush and the inner diameter dimension thereof at an arbitrary position are respectively obtained corresponding to the variation state of the designated scale.
