PURPOSE:To obtain a mechanism of high performance by constituting it so that, when the moving of a first carrier completes, a lock member is engaged and stopped by the stopping part of a stopper, and at the same time a slide plate is held by the lock member and is held against a supporting member. CONSTITUTION:When the first carrier 4a protrudes, the lock member 50 engages with the lock part 53a of a clock receiving part 53, so that the slide plate 46 is held by the first carrier 4a. Then, the carrier 4a is made move back and forth, and the lock member 50 loaded amid this motion comes in contact with the lock drive pin 45 of the stopper 27. A lock switching part 27a causes the lock member 50 to release the locking status with the lock receiving part 53, instead, the lock part 50 is engaged and held by the stopping part 27b of the stopper 27. Further, in association with the moving of the first carrier 4a, a second carrier 4b moves acceleratingly, and the lock member 50 is held by the stopping part of the stopper 27, and at the same time, is regulated by the lock receiving part 53 of the carrier 4a and is made so that the lock member 50 regulates and moves the slide plate 46 back and forth.
