PURPOSE:To correct the deterioration generated in the specular painting film of an asymmetrical specular surface, by placing a dielectric plate at a prescribed angle in a second axial direction being orthogonal to a first axis against a horn axis in a radio wave path from a horn. CONSTITUTION:A reflection mirror 1 is formed by providing a dielectric layer 12 of a painting film, etc., on the surface of a reflection mirror surface 11 of a metal, and a horn cover 21 is formed from a dielectric. The reflection mirror 1 is rotated around the X axis and placed aslant, and the cover 21 is placed aslant around the Y' axis being orthogonal to the X' axis.
