The socket-piece coupling which is resistant to swelling agents, in particular to fuel, and has acoustic insulation of the two pipe socket-pieces to be connected to one another has, even after being stored in fuel for months, a high degree of tensile strength by virtue of the fact that a connection bushing, which is acoustically insulated from the coupling sleeve by means of an elastomer lining, for the pipe socket-piece to be connected is supported in a positively engaging fashion on the coupling sleeve by axial rear engagement with intermediate bearing of a compressed elastomer zone of the elastomer lining.
