PURPOSE:To supply electric power to required points without generation of noise and make the operation smooth and easy by installing a mobile connector at one end of a flat cable and a stationary connector at the other end, fixing the middle point to a takeup reel, winding the mobile side, and accommodating the whole in a case with residues placed outside the takeup reel. CONSTITUTION:A mobile connector 4 is installed at one end of a flat cable and a stationary connector 5 at the other end, and the middle point 31 is fixed to a takeup reel 6 fitted with a takeup spring, and the mobile side is wound. The residues 33 are placed on the extension of the axis of takeup reel 6 with practicability of winding fast, and the whole is accommodated in a case. Thus the mobile connector 4 can be drawn out and retracted from/in the case, and at the time of drawing-out, the residues 33 are wound closely on the extension of the axis, wherein no variation will occur in the position of stationary connector 5, nor any slide electrode is required to be used between the two connectors 4, 5. No noise will either be generated. Power is supplied to the places required, wherein the surplus of flat cable will not dangle wastefully, which ensures accomplishment of smooth and easy operations.
