PURPOSE:To execute a continuous change of a speed change ratio, forward and backward switching of the rotational direction, and a rotation stop at the time of switching the rotational direction, by the operation of one lever, by providing a speed change lever mechanism, and utilizing a variable pulley whose effective radius to a belt member can be changed continuously. CONSTITUTION:The titled gear is provided with a speed change lever mechanism 23 for bringing a speed change mechanism 11 and a forward and backward turn switching mechanism 20 in a variable pulley mechanism 19, to an operation control in cooperation with each other. In such a case, by only an operation for switching one operating lever 26 to a forward turn position P2 or a backward turn position P3 from a neutral position P1, and thereafter, positioning it to speed change positions P5, P6, switching the rotational direction extending from an engine 1 to a load device, cutting-off of a transfer of a rotation between input and output shafts 4, 21 of the forward and backward turn switching mechanism 20 at the time of its switching, and an adjustment of a speed change ratio between both revolving shafts 3, 4 can be executed continuously and smoothly, and accordingly, a trouble for those operations can be simplified.
